Turen offers two plans: Solo and Teams. Manage your billing from Platform Settings > Org Settings > Billing (/settings/billing).

Upgrading from Solo to Teams

If you’re on Solo, you can upgrade to Teams directly from the Billing page without going through Stripe Checkout again:
  1. Click Upgrade now on the Teams upgrade card
  2. Confirm the upgrade — your existing card on file is charged the prorated difference for the remaining billing cycle
  3. Teams features (session replay, custom rules, unlimited agents) activate immediately

Seat Management

Teams plan subscribers can adjust the seat count from the Billing page. Each seat includes one agent.
  • Use the + and - buttons to adjust the number of seats
  • Click Update to save the change
  • You cannot reduce seats below your current active agent count
Teams pricing is $15 per agent per month, prorated when changed mid-cycle. Solo pricing is $7 per month for a single agent.

Managing Your Subscription

Click Manage subscription to open the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can:
  • Update payment method
  • View and download invoices
  • Cancel your subscription

Invoices

The Invoices section on the Billing page shows your billing history with:
  • Invoice date and number
  • Payment status (paid, open, draft)
  • Amount
  • Link to view the full invoice on Stripe
