Your Turen organization is the top-level container for your team’s agents, policies, and data. All data is isolated by organization — there is no cross-organization access.

Creating an Organization

When you sign up at dashboard.turen.io, an organization is created automatically. You become the organization’s first admin.

Sign up

Enter your email and create a password. You’ll receive a verification email.

Verify your email

Click the link in the verification email to confirm your account.

Set up your organization

Enter your organization name. This can be changed later in Settings.

Organization Settings

Navigate to Settings > General to view and manage:
  • Organization name — Displayed throughout the dashboard (editable)
  • Organization slug — URL-friendly identifier (read-only)
  • Plan — Your current plan and limits (read-only)
  • Beta Program — Opt in or out of beta features

What’s Scoped to Your Organization

Everything in Turen is scoped to your organization:
ResourceIsolation
AgentsOnly your organization’s agents are visible
SessionsSession data is encrypted with your organization’s unique key
PoliciesPolicies apply only to your agents
Team membersUsers can only access their organization’s data
API keysKeys are scoped to a single organization
EventsAll events are partitioned by organization
